We’re Hiring: Sales Manager
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager who can lead the charge in promoting our custom development and staff augmentation services.

🔹 Position: Sales Manager
🔹 Industry: IT Services – Custom Software Development
🔹 Experience: 5–8 years in IT Sales
🔹 Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi – 110034

💼 Key Responsibilities:

· Implement effective sales strategies to promote our custom development and staff augmentation services.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition.
· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and handle client feedback.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Skills & Qualifications:
· 5-8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on IT services (custom development and staff augmentation).
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various IT staffing models.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
· Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of CRM software and sales performance metrics.

🎓 Education:
