1. Civil Engineer / MEP Engineer
- Qualification : B.E in Civil/MEP Engineering
- Experience : Minimum 10 years in building construction or MEP maintenance at the Site.
2. Mall Manager/Estate Manager
- Qualification : Graduate
- Experience : Proven management skills in the infrastructure sector, Preferably in malls or hotels.
3. Chief Retail Manager
- Qualification : Graduate or MBA
- Experience : Significant experience in hypermarket operations or similar retail management roles.
4. Accountant
- Qualification : B.Com
- Experience : Experience in accounting for large retail stores, with strong knowledge of taxation and auditing.
5. Sales Executive
- Qualification : Graduate (English Medium)
- Experience : Experience in selling properties in high-end real estate projects.
6. Office Boy
- Experience : At least 3 years in a similar role.
