EY is currently looking to fill the following key positions:

1. Team Leader

• Qualification: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Public Policy, Economics, or related fields.

• Experience:

  • 10+ years in government sector projects focusing on governance transformation.

  • Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams.

  • Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-sector partnership development.

  • Strong understanding of policy frameworks around employment and entrepreneurship.

  • Preference for candidates with experience in donor-funded or international development projects.

2. Institutional Development and Capacity Building Expert

• Qualification: Master’s in Public Administration, Development Studies, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Experience:

  • 8+ years in institutional and organizational development, capacity building, and HR development.

  • Experience in setting up institutions across sectors like startups, nonprofits, and governments.

  • Skilled in assessments, policy drafting, and capacity-building program implementation.

  • Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation systems.

  • Prior work in the North Eastern Region is preferred.

3. Public Policy Expert

• Qualification: Master’s in Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, Business Administration, or Political Science.

• Experience:

  • 8+ years in policy analysis and development of policy frameworks.

  • Strong analytical background in employment, investment, and enterprise policies.

  • Experience working with government at the state and central level.

  • Preference for candidates with North Eastern India experience.

4. Skill Development Expert

• Qualification: Master’s in Education, Human Resource Development, Vocational Training, or related fields. Certifications are a plus.

• Experience:

  • 8+ years in skill development, vocational training, or workforce development.

  • Competence in designing industry-linked training programs and work-readiness modules.

  • Skilled in gap analysis, labor market assessments, and training effectiveness.

  • Experience in stakeholder coordination, job placement, and skill monitoring.

  • Prior experience in the North Eastern Region is desirable.

5. Thematic Expert – Employment Promotion

• Qualification: Master’s in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

• Experience:

  • 8+ years in employment promotion or workforce development.

  • Track record in employment strategy design.

  • Strong understanding of both national and international employment models.

  • Skilled in stakeholder collaboration across government, private sector, and civil society.

6. Thematic Expert – Entrepreneurship Promotion

• Qualification: Master’s in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • 8+ years in entrepreneurship promotion or business development.

  • Proven expertise in strategy development for entrepreneurship.

  • Experience with diverse stakeholders, including public and private organizations.

  • Knowledge of best practices in global entrepreneurship models.
